Our Story
Founded in 2021 by Hardeep Bhuller, Eng./P.Eng., HB Experts-Conseils (Quebec) & HB Consultants (Ontario) brings together more than 60 years of consulting experience in the field of Building Science (roofing, pavement, building envelope, structural). The company provides consulting services to property owners/managers in the form of condition assessments, preparation of technical documents for rehabilitation projects, and site review during the construction phase. Other complementary services such as infrared scans, water tests, etc. are also provided.
